RANA ECTFE lined container is made of a metal base with an inner lining of ethylene-trifluorochloroethylene copolymer (ECTFE). The lining is uniformly covered (3mm thick) through a plate lining process, forming a dense protective layer. Its key advantage lies in the 'hydrolysis resistance' of ECTFE —— it can withstand long-term exposure to high-temperature and high-pressure steam (such as 121℃/0.1MPa steam) without hydrolysis, making it suitable for the pharmaceutical and food industries that require steam sterilization (for example, storing raw materials for injections).
RANA ECTFE lined container is widely used in pharmaceutical aseptic formulations (such as for the temporary storage of lyophilized powder for injection), food additives (such as citric acid storage), and cosmetics (such as fragrance storage).
