RANA ECTFE lined mixing tank is a material stirring device that combines a metal tank with an ECTFE lining. It features low-speed agitators and guide plates, enabling safe mixing of weak to moderately corrosive materials (such as dilute hydrochloric acid and sodium carbonate solutions) at temperatures ranging from ambient to 120℃. The key advantage of this tank is its "wear-resistant" ECTFE surface, which has a higher surface hardness (Shore D65) than ordinary plastics, allowing it to withstand the long-term wear from the agitator (reducing wear by 50%). This makes it ideal for mixing granular materials, such as catalyst slurries.
