These devices are made with metal as the base material and ECTFE (ethylene-tetrafluoroethylene) as the lining. The key advantage of ECTFE is its 'high cost-effectiveness' —— compared to PFA and PTFE, ECTFE reduces costs by 30%, while maintaining excellent corrosion resistance (capable of withstanding dilute sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid). This makes it suitable for processes involving weak to moderately corrosive media, such as reactions of common chemical raw materials.
