RANA ECTFE lined storage tank features a composite structure of a steel tank body and an ECTFE lining. The lining seam strength is consistent with the main body through a plate lining process. Its key advantage lies in the 'double resistance' properties of ECTFE: it resists hydrolysis (no swelling when exposed to humid air for long periods) and salt fog (no aging in coastal salt fog environments for 10 years). This ensures safe storage of hydrolyzable media, such as ethyl acetate, and chlorine-containing solutions, like sodium hypochlorite, preventing the lining from peeling off due to hydrolysis or salt fog, which can occur in ordinary plastic tanks.
RANA ECTFE lined storage tank is widely used in coastal chemical parks (such as for liquid alkali storage), port terminals (for sulfuric acid storage), and aquaculture facilities (for sodium hypochlorite storage). The tank is equipped with a level monitoring system and a breather valve to maintain stable internal pressure, preventing overpressure or vacuum. Its ECTFE lining, which can withstand temperatures from-50℃ to 150℃, makes it suitable for extreme weather conditions.
