Through "hot-press melting" process, utilizes PVDF's low viscosity characteristic to achieve "full filling" of resin into the knitted fabric, with lining Sheet porosity ≤0.03% (industry ≥0.1%).
The combination of three-dimensional reticular structure of glass knitted fabric and high filling property of PVDF forms a "gap-free" composite layer, making the impermeability (permeability ≤0.0004g/m²·day) and tear strength (≥70N/mm) of the lining Sheet leading the industry, suitable for highly permeable media.
