PVDF resin, with glass fiber fabric as the backing. PVDF has better oxidation resistance (resistant to 30% hydrogen peroxide) than PTFE (easily corroded by strong oxidizing media), suitable for oxidizing environments.
Adopts "hot-press melting" process, utilizing the low melting point characteristic of PVDF (melting point 170°C) to composite with fabric in the resin molten state, avoiding oxidative degradation caused by high temperature (molecular weight retention rate ≥95%).
The combination of "high oxidation resistance + high bonding" of PVDF and "high strength" of fabric ensures stable bonding of the lining Sheet in strong oxidizing environments (e.g., hydrogen peroxide storage, sodium hypochlorite disinfection) (peel strength ≥5N/cm), solving the problem of interface aging of traditional PTFE lining Sheets caused by oxidation.
Tested by Nanjing Tech University for oxidation resistance, it shows no peeling after 5 years of immersion in 30% hydrogen peroxide solution (ordinary PTFE Sheets delaminate after 2 years), with a temperature resistance range of -40°C to 150°C (adapted to most oxidation process temperatures).
