Through "hot-press composite" process, the peel strength is increased to 6N/cm (ordinary PVDF Sheets only 4N/cm).
The combination of "high fatigue resistance + high toughness" of PVDF and "high strength + impact resistance" of GBK fiber ensures the lining Sheet remains structurally intact under frequent pressure fluctuations (e.g., pump valve pipes, pulsating reactors), avoiding leakage caused by fatigue fracture.
Tested by East China University of Science and Technology for fatigue resistance, it shows no cracks after 100,000 cycles of pressure testing at 0.5-2MPa (ordinary PVDF Sheets crack after 50,000 cycles), with a temperature resistance range of -40°C to 150°C. As a qualified supplier of Sinopec, the product has passed ISO 9001 certification.
Used in pump valve pipes (e.g., acid pump outlet pipes), pulsating reactors (e.g., batch polymerization kettles), and pressure storage tanks (e.g., compressed air storage tanks).
