Solvay PVDF resin as the base material, with glass fiber cloth as the backing. PVDF has better weather resistance (no chalking after 5000 hours of UV aging) than PTFE (ages after 2000 hours), suitable for outdoor environments.
Adopts "composite hot-press" process to gradually diffuse PVDF resin molecular chains into glass fiber gaps, forming a "tree-root-like" anchoring structure (peel strength ≥5N/cm) to avoid interface aging in outdoor environments.

Tested by Nanjing Tech University for weather resistance, after 3 years of outdoor exposure in Hainan (strong UV + high humidity environment), the lining Sheet surface shows no cracks or chalking (ordinary PTFE Sheets age after 1 year), with a temperature resistance range of -40°C to 150°C, holding the invention patent for Anticorrosive Equipment with Negative Pressure-Resistant Reinforcing Columns, and internationally leading process level.
