RANA PVDF lined container is made of a metal base and lined with polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) material. The lining is tightly bonded to the container through a plate lining process, achieving a bonding strength of at least 5MPa. The key advantage of this design lies in the PVDF's radiation resistance —— it can withstand γ-ray irradiation (up to 100kGy) without degradation, making it ideal for applications requiring radiation sterilization or the storage of radioactive materials, such as the temporary storage of intermediate radioactive drugs.
