RANA PVDF lined mixing tank is a material stirring device that combines a metal tank with a PVDF lining. It features high-speed stirring paddles and guide plates, enabling the safe mixing of weakly corrosive materials (such as dilute sulfuric acid and sodium carbonate solutions) and high-viscosity materials (such as adhesives) at temperatures ranging from ambient to 100℃. The key advantage of this tank is its PVDF 'anti-adhesion' —— surface, which has a low surface energy (contact angle ≥90°). This reduces the wall adhesion of high-viscosity materials (such as resins and coatings), lowering the residual amount by 60%, and enhancing the uniformity of the mixture.
