RANA PVDF lined reactor is a fundamental piece of equipment in chemical synthesis, featuring a composite structure of a steel shell and a PVDF lining. The lining is uniformly covered (1-3mm thick) through a plate lining process. Its key advantage lies in the PVDF's' temperature resistance' —— it can withstand temperature changes of up to 80℃/min (such as rapid cooling after exothermic reactions), preventing cracking that can occur with ordinary plastic linings due to thermal stress.
