RANA PVDF lined equipment includes reactors, heat exchangers, separators, and other process equipment, with metal as the base material and polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) as the lining. The key advantage of this design is the 'ease of processing' of PVDF —— through the plate lining process, it can create complex shapes such as elbows and tees, forming a seamless protective layer that prevents the incomplete coverage of the lining in ordinary plastic equipment due to its complex shape (such as dead zone corrosion).

Its PVDF lining, which is resistant to acids and bases (pH 2-10), can handle most weakly corrosive processes.
