RANA PFA lined container is constructed with a metal base and lined with soluble polytetrafluoroethylene (PFA) material. The lining is fully encapsulated using a plate lining process, including flanges and connections, forming a 'fully sealed' protective layer that can withstand the erosion of steam and highly corrosive gases, such as chlorine. Its key advantage is 'no dead zone protection,' making it ideal for storage applications requiring steam sterilization (121℃/30min) or exposure to gaseous corrosive media, such as hydrogen fluoride gas.
RANA PFA lined container is widely used in pharmaceutical aseptic formulations (such as the temporary storage of raw materials for injections), laboratories (for storing gas absorption liquids), and semiconductor clean rooms (for high-purity gas buffering). The smooth surface of the PFA lining (with a roughness of ≤0.4μm) reduces microbial attachment, meeting GMP aseptic standards.
