RANA PFA lined tank features a composite structure of a steel tank body and a soluble polytetrafluoroethylene (PFA) lining. PFA material combines the corrosion resistance of PTFE with its thermoplastic properties, allowing for melt processing. The lining is tightly bonded to the tank body through a plate lining process, and the welding design is optimized to minimize leakage risks. Its key advantages include the ability to withstand higher temperatures (up to 260℃) and more complex media, such as aqua regia and concentrated nitric acid, making it ideal for storing high-temperature corrosive media, such as hot sulfuric acid.
RANA PFA lined tank is widely used in various scenarios, including the storage of high-temperature reaction products in chemical processes (such as sulfonation reactions), the cleaning of semiconductor wafers (such as storing high-temperature hydrofluoric acid), and the etching of photovoltaic glass (such as storing high-temperature hydrochloric acid). The PFA lining has a high transparency (visible light transmittance of at least 80%), allowing direct observation of the medium inside the tank. This, combined with a level gauge, enables visual monitoring. Additionally, the non-toxicity and low leaching of PFA meet electronic-grade standards (SEMI certification), preventing contamination by metal ions. It is an ideal storage solution for high-temperature, high-purity media.
