RANA PFA lined reactor is a core piece of equipment in chemical synthesis, featuring a composite structure of a steel shell and a PFA lining. The liner and reactor are tightly integrated through a one-piece molding process (with a bonding strength of at least 6MPa). Its key advantage lies in the high transparency of PFA (with a visible light transmittance of at least 80%), allowing direct observation of the reaction process, such as color changes and bubble formation. Combined with built-in pH and temperature sensors, this setup enables precise control of the reaction process, thereby enhancing the yield and purity of the product.
RANA PFA lined reactor is suitable for pharmaceutical intermediates (such as the synthesis of fluorinated drugs), dyes (such as the preparation of reactive dyes), and fine chemicals (such as the synthesis of fragrances).
