RANA PFA lined ISO tank is a liquid transport device that complies with international ISO standards, featuring a composite structure of a steel tank body and a soluble polytetrafluoroethylene (PFA) lining. Due to its thermoplastic properties, the PFA material is integrated with the tank body through a plate lining process, making it more resistant to high pressure (up to 1.5MPa) and high temperatures (up to 260℃) compared to ordinary PTFE tanks. Its primary advantage is its ability to safely transport high-temperature and highly corrosive liquids, making it an ideal choice for the international transportation of high-end chemical raw materials.
RANA PFA lined ISO tank is widely used in the maritime and land transportation of electronic wet chemicals (such as high-temperature hydrofluoric acid), fine chemical intermediates (such as products from high-temperature esterification reactions), and photovoltaic-grade high-purity acids (such as nitric acid). The system features a temperature monitoring function that provides real-time feedback on the temperature of the medium inside the tank.
