New PTFE resin, with high cross-linking on the surface to improve corrosion resistance and low cross-linking on the inner layer to maintain flexibility, achieving "hard outside and soft inside" structural design.
Through "stepwise cross-linking + hot-press setting" process, cross-linking gradient is controlled to avoid cracking problems of traditional cross-linked PTFE due to high brittleness.
The gradient cross-linked structure endows the lining Sheet with both high corrosion resistance (surface resistant to 98% concentrated sulfuric acid) and high flexibility (elongation at break ≥200%), solving the contradiction of traditional PTFE that "corrosion resistance leads to brittleness, flexibility leads to easy penetration".
Tested by East China University of Science and Technology, it shows no corrosion after 5 years of immersion in 98% concentrated sulfuric acid (ordinary cross-linked PTFE Sheets crack after 3 years), with a peel strength of 7N/cm, a temperature resistance range of -200°C to 280°C, and holds the invention patent for Large Chemical Equipment with Internal Repair Anticorrosive Sheets.
Used in frequently disassembled equipment (e.g., laboratory reaction kettles) and flexible pipes (e.g., corrosive gas hoses). It has provided solutions for DFDP and AUECC (USA), solving the problem of disassembly breaking of traditional lining Sheets due to brittleness and increasing equipment utilization rate by 30%.
