The combination of thermal conductivity of PTFE and high rigidity of glass fiber endows the lining Sheet with both rapid heat dissipation (surface temperature difference ≤5°C) and high load-bearing capacity (flexural strength ≥60MPa), suitable for high-temperature and high-pressure reaction scenarios.
Tested by Shanghai Jiao Tong University for high temperature, the surface temperature of the lining Sheet is uniform (no local hot spots) after 1000 hours of continuous operation at 300°C and 2MPa pressure, with a temperature resistance range of -200°C to 300°C (upper limit increased by 40°C after modification), and holds the invention patent for Anticorrosive Equipment with Negative Pressure-Resistant Reinforcing Columns.
Used in high-temperature and high-pressure reaction kettles (e.g., polycarbonate synthesis) and heat transfer oil storage tanks (e.g., solar thermal power generation) requiring rapid heat dissipation.
