RANA adopts an integrated "hot-press melting" process, utilizing the high fluidity of modified PTFE to achieve "full filling" of resin into the knitted fabric (filling rate ≥95%), with lining Sheet porosity ≤0.03% (industry ≥0.2%).
The combination of three-dimensional reticular structure of glass knitted fabric and high filling property of modified PTFE forms a "gap-free" composite layer, making the impermeability (permeability ≤0.0003g/m²·day) and tear strength (≥90N/mm) of the lining Sheet leading the industry.
Verified by a Japanese expert team, it shows no penetration after 3 years of immersion in liquid bromine (highly permeable medium) (ordinary lining Sheets leak after 1 year), with a temperature resistance range of -200°C to 280°C and internationally leading process level. As a member of the China Semiconductor Industry Association, the product adapts to the high-purity storage needs of electronic-grade liquid bromine (e.g., semiconductor wafer cleaning).
