Daikin PTFE resin (Japan) as the surface material, with glass fiber cloth as the backing (monofilament diameter ≤9μm). The fiber surface is treated to enhance bonding with PTFE.
RANA adopts the independently developed "gradient hot-press" process (temperature gradually increased from 200°C to 360°C), allowing PTFE resin molecular chains to fully diffuse into glass fiber gaps, forming a "tree-root-like" anchoring structure (peel strength ≥5N/cm).
The combination of high modulus of glass fiber (72GPa) and low friction coefficient of PTFE (0.04) endows the lining Sheet with both wear resistance (wear loss ≤0.001g/cm²) and friction reduction characteristics, extending equipment service life.
Tested by Nanjing Tech University for wear resistance, the wear loss is only 0.05mm after 1000 hours of scouring with sand-containing acid liquid at a flow rate of 5m/s (ordinary lining Sheets 0.2mm), with a temperature resistance range of -200°C to 260°C and internationally leading process level.
Used in pipes with particulate media (e.g., phosphate fertilizer plant slurry delivery pipes) and stirring kettles (e.g., catalyst mixing kettles) requiring wear resistance. It has provided solutions for Wengfu Group and Juhua Co., Ltd., extending the equipment replacement cycle from 6 months to 2 years and saving over 500,000 yuan annually.
