Imported PTFE resin as the base material, with high-strength glass fiber fabric (warp and weft density ≥200 mesh) as the backing. Through the "resin-fabric" melting process, both corrosion resistance and structural strength are balanced.
RANA, relying on over 30 years of fluoropolymer manufacturing experience, adopts the independently developed hot-press composite process (temperature 280°C, pressure 5MPa) to achieve "bubble-free and delamination-free" fusion of PTFE resin and glass fiber fabric.
The glass fiber fabric serves as a reinforcing framework, endowing the lining Sheet with excellent tear resistance (tear strength ≥80N/mm) and creep resistance (deformation ≤0.5% after 1000 hours at 200°C), while retaining the chemical inertness of PTFE.
Tested by SGS, the peel strength can reach 7N/cm, with a temperature resistance range of -200°C to 260°C, filling the gap in domestic high-performance composite lining technology. As a qualified supplier of Sinopec, the product has passed ISO 9001 certification.
Widely used in large storage tanks (50-150m³), international standard containers, and other equipment requiring large-size linings.
