Imported PTFE resin as the surface material, with glass fiber cloth as the backing. Through the "resin-glass fiber cloth" melting composite structure, the rigidity and impermeability of the lining Sheet are improved.
RANA adopts the independently developed "hot-press + roll-press" combined process to achieve "complete infiltration" of PTFE resin into the glass fiber cloth, effectively enhancing peel strength.
The glass fiber cloth acts as a rigid framework, increasing the flexural strength of the lining Sheet to 50MPa (ordinary PTFE Sheets only 20MPa), while the chemical inertness of PTFE ensures no reaction between the medium and glass fiber, achieving a "rigid-flexible balance" protection effect.
Tested by SGS, the peel strength can reach 7N/cm, with a temperature resistance range of -200°C to 260°C, and internationally leading process level.
Used in highly corrosive pipes (e.g., hydrofluoric acid delivery pipes) and electrolytic cell linings requiring high rigidity and low permeability. It has provided solutions for Juhua Co., Ltd. and BOE, solving the leakage problem caused by lining penetration in pipes and saving over 300,000 yuan in annual maintenance costs (based on 100-meter pipes).
