RANA utilizes the low viscosity characteristic of PFA through "hot-press melting" process to achieve "full filling" of resin into the knitted fabric, with lining Sheet porosity ≤0.02% (industry ≥0.1%).
The combination of three-dimensional reticular structure of glass knitted fabric and high filling property of PFA forms a "gap-free" composite layer, making the impermeability (permeability ≤0.0002g/m²·day) and tensile strength (≥70MPa) of the lining Sheet leading the industry.
Tested by Shanghai Jiao Tong University for permeability, it shows no penetration after 5 years of immersion in liquid chlorine (highly permeable gas) (ordinary PFA Sheets leak after 2 years), with a temperature resistance range of -200°C to 260°C, holding the invention patent for Anticorrosive Equipment with Negative Pressure-Resistant Reinforcing Columns, and internationally leading process level.
Used in storage tanks and transportation cylinders for highly permeable gases (e.g., liquid chlorine, phosgene). It has provided solutions for DFDP and Wengfu Group, solving the problems of medium loss and environmental risks caused by gas penetration (leakage rate reduced from 0.5% to 0.01%).
