RANA adopts "hot-press melting" process, utilizing the low melting point characteristic of PFA (melting point 305°C), to composite with fabric in the resin molten state, achieving precise bonding without degradation or carbonization (peel strength ≥5N/cm).
The combination of "high transparency + high corrosion resistance" characteristics of PFA and "high strength" of fabric endows the lining Sheet with both corrosion resistance of PTFE (temperature resistance 260°C) and better processability (weldable, thermoformable), adapting to complex-shaped equipment.
Tested by East China University of Science and Technology, it shows no decomposition after 1000 hours of continuous operation at 260°C and 0.3MPa pressure (ordinary PTFE Sheets turn yellow after 500 hours), with light transmittance ≥85% (convenient for observing medium state in the tank), and holds 8 utility model patents.
Used in visual corrosion equipment (e.g., laboratory reaction kettle observation windows) and complex-shaped equipment (e.g., elbows, tees). It has provided solutions for BASF and BOE, solving the problem of anticorrosion of special-shaped parts caused by difficult processing of traditional PTFE, and shortening the equipment customization cycle from 30 days to 15 days.
