DuPont PFA resin (USA), with glass fiber blended fabric as the backing to improve the comprehensive mechanical properties of the lining Sheet.
RANA utilizes PFA's high fluidity (high melt index) through "hot-press melting" process to achieve "deep infiltration" of resin into the blended fabric.
The combination of "rigid-flexible balance" of blended fabric and "high corrosion resistance + easy processability" of PFA endows the lining Sheet with tensile strength (≥70MPa), tear strength (≥90N/mm), and weldability (weld strength ≥90% of the parent Sheet), adapting to complex working conditions and maintenance needs.
Tested by East China University of Science and Technology, it shows no decomposition after 2000 hours of continuous operation at 260°C and 0.5MPa pressure (ordinary PFA Sheets age after 1000 hours), with a peel strength of 6N/cm and over 20 utility model patents.
Used in frequently maintained equipment (e.g., chemical pipe elbows) and high-pressure flexible equipment (e.g., corrosion-resistant hoses). It has provided solutions for BASF and Juhua Co., Ltd., shortening the equipment maintenance cycle from 7 days to 1 day and saving over 800,000 yuan in annual downtime losses (based on 100-meter pipes).
