Since its establishment in 1993, RANA has been rooted in the fluorine-lined anti-corrosion industry for over 30 years. It has fully mastered mature production technologies including compression molding, spraying and rotational lining for steel PTFE lined products, ranking among the few professional manufacturers with complete full-process production system in China.
Over the years, the enterprise has served more than 2,000 industrial clients worldwide, and its longest-served equipment has maintained stable operation for over 25 years, winning solid market reputation. Based on nearly 10,000 sets of practical on-site working condition application data, RANA technical team targeted common industry defects of traditional fluorine-lined tanks such as lining peeling, low-temperature cracking and medium penetration, and completed 12 special optimizations on production techniques and raw material formulas.
Through three core upgrades including upgraded modified PTFE raw materials, original matrix composite treatment technology and optimized compression molding parameters, the product has been greatly improved in crack resistance, lining adhesion and compactness. It can stably store high-concentration strong acid and other extremely corrosive media, fundamentally solving long-standing technical problems in the industry.
