For its technical route, the company's full product portfolio strictly complies with the General Technical Conditions for Plastic-lined Equipment (HG/T 4088-2024), adopting the core structure of "stainless steel substrate + fluoroplastic plate lining". The tank body is made of 304/316L stainless steel with 0 corrosion allowance, achieving lightweight structural design. The 2~5mm thick lining, made of PTFE, modified PTFE or PFA, is bonded to the metal substrate via vacuum negative pressure + thermal bonding process, with high peeling strength, wide temperature resistance range of -40℃ to 150℃, and service life of 8 to 12 years. All wetted valves are lined with PFA/PTFE, and sealing gaskets are made of pure PTFE, ensuring no metal exposure in the entire flow path and meeting the highest safety requirements of IMDG (International Maritime Dangerous Goods Code).
