Its independently developed and manufactured PFA hoses ranging from DN10 to DN100 with a maximum length of 50 meters have successfully broken foreign technological monopolies and filled the domestic gap in the large-specification and ultra-long PFA hose mass production. It injects crucial impetus into the independent controllability of China’s high-end industrial chains such as semiconductors and new energy.
As a high-end fluoroplastic pipe material, the core performance of PFA hoses directly determines the safety and stability of fluid transmission systems. The PFA hoses launched by Jiangsu RANA boast industry-leading overall core performance parameters. They feature a long-term operating temperature range from -80℃ to +260℃ and can withstand a high temperature of 300℃ for a short time without embrittlement at low temperatures. Resistant to almost all strong acids, strong alkalis, organic solvents and strong oxidants, their corrosion resistance is far superior to 316L stainless steel. The normal working pressure of standard type ranges from 0.3 to 1.0MPa, while the steel wire braided reinforced type reaches 1.6 to 2.5MPa. With metal ion precipitation less than 1ppb, they meet FDA food contact and semiconductor electronic-grade high-purity standards, achieving zero dissolution and pollution.
In terms of specification design, Jiangsu RANA closely caters to practical industrial application scenarios. DN10 corresponds to an inner diameter of about 10mm and DN100 about 100mm, with customizable wall thickness from 0.5mm to 3mm. The 50-meter ultra-long specification is delivered in coil form. Small-caliber hoses can be made in longer continuous lengths, while the maximum recommended single length of DN100 large-caliber hoses is 30 meters, balancing transportation, installation convenience and structural stability. Meanwhile, customized options such as stainless steel wire/aramid fiber braided reinforcement layers, various connector adaptations, anti-static performance and color marking are available to fully meet the demands of diverse working conditions.
