RANA’s PTFE lined copper etching agent storage tank utilizes PTFE lining technology, optimized for the characteristics of copper etching agents (which contain strong corrosive components such as nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, or complexing agents). To ensure optimal etching results, the copper etching agent must maintain a stable composition ratio. The chemical stability of PTFE prevents the material from leaching out, which could interfere with the etching agent's formulation and resist corrosion of the tank. The smooth inner wall of the tank reduces etching agent residue and minimizes the risk of cross-contamination during refilling.
The storage tank is primarily used in the manufacturing of electronic circuit boards (PCBs) and semiconductor core boards. Its corrosion-resistant and temperature-resistant properties allow it to meet the storage requirements of etching agents at various process temperatures, such as ambient temperature or around 50℃ heating etching. Additionally, the tank is equipped with a liquid level and composition monitoring interface, enabling real-time monitoring of the etching agent's status, ensuring the etching accuracy and yield of the circuit boards or core boards.
