RANA’s PTFE Lined Storage Containers for Hydrogen peroxide is constructed using a double-layer composite process: the outer layer is made of high-strength carbon steel or stainless steel, providing structural support; the inner layer, PTFE, is tightly bonded to the shell through a molding and sintering process, with no seams and a surface smoothness of at least Ra0.8μm, effectively reducing liquid residue and microbial attachment. The product offers a capacity ranging from 50L to 5000L, and can be customized in various shapes such as square and round to meet diverse storage needs. It comes standard with a double-sealed lid (polytetrafluoroethylene gasket + 316L stainless steel lock), ensuring a gas tightness of ≤1×10^-⁶ mbar·L/s.
