Jiangsu RANA fluoropolymer lined high purity tank is made of semiconductor grade high purity modified PTFE as the lining layer, produced in a 9000㎡PPB/PPT class dust-free workshop, and achieved "no particle" bonding through hot pressing process. It is specially designed for high purity media (such as electronic grade hydrogen peroxide, high purity ammonia water).
As a member of the China Semiconductor Industry Association, our substrate purity reaches Class PPT (parts per trillion), effectively preventing metal ion contamination in the medium. Verified by BOE Technology, the post-storage electronic-grade hydrogen peroxide contains ≤0.1ppb of metal ions (industry standard 0.5ppb). Our technical team includes Taiwan, China experts who have inherited and innovated international advanced processes, with products certified by industry leaders such as Multifluoride and Juhua Co., Ltd.
