Jiangsu RANA Fluoropolymer lined corrosion-resistant storage tank focuses on the storage needs of strong corrosive media (such as hydrofluoric acid, nitric acid), using self-developed PTFE-glass fiber composite lining, through hot pressing process to achieve "seamless" combination, comprehensively resist medium penetration and corrosion.
The technical team collaborated with Nanjing Tech University to develop this product. It demonstrates exceptional corrosion resistance – standing the test of 3 years of immersion in 40% hydrofluoric acid (HFC) compared to just 1 year for conventional plastic containers. Featuring dual anti-designs (anti-permeation and anti-aging), it passes 500-hour UV exposure tests without cracking, ensuring reliable outdoor storage.
Suitable for the storage of strong corrosive media such as hydrofluoric acid for semiconductor wafer cleaning and nitric acid for metal surface treatment. It has been certified by SMIC, Ju Hua Co., Ltd. and other companies, which can avoid leakage accidents caused by tank corrosion and ensure production safety and environmental compliance.

In the base welding stage, professional welders select matching welding materials and strictly control parameters to solidify the equipment's foundation. Grooving is precisely machined and the groove openings are ground using CNC equipment. During seam cleaning, workers meticulously clean and trim to ensure a seal. Advanced equipment and environmentally friendly agents are used for cleaning, with multiple stages of treatment to ensure components are clean. The assembly team precisely positions and fixes components according to the process, conducting comprehensive inspection and debugging. In the surface welding stage, welders perform meticulous welding, followed by anticorrosion treatment to form a robust barrier.
