RANA utilizes the low viscosity characteristic of ECTFE through "hot-press melting" process to achieve "full filling" of resin into the knitted fabric, with lining Sheet porosity ≤0.03% (industry ≥0.1%).
The combination of three-dimensional reticular structure of glass knitted fabric and high filling property of ECTFE forms a "gap-free" composite layer, making the impermeability (permeability ≤0.0003g/m²·day) and tear strength (≥80N/mm) of the lining Sheet leading the industry, suitable for highly permeable media.
Tested by East China University of Science and Technology for permeability, it shows no penetration after 3 years of immersion in liquid bromine (highly permeable medium) (ordinary ECTFE Sheets leak after 1 year), with a temperature resistance range of -50°C to 150°C, holding the invention patent for Manufacturing Process of Large Chemical Equipment and Its Lining Anticorrosive Sheets, and internationally leading process level.
