Solvay ECTFE resin, with glass fiber fabric as the backing. ECTFE has better alkali resistance (resistant to 70% sodium hydroxide) than PTFE (resistant to 50%), suitable for strong alkaline media.
RANA utilizes the low melting point characteristic of ECTFE (melting point 240°C) through "hot-press melting" process to composite with fabric in the resin molten state, avoiding resin degradation caused by high temperature (molecular weight retention rate ≥95%).
The combination of "high alkali resistance + high bonding" of ECTFE and "high strength" of fabric ensures stable bonding of the lining Sheet in strong alkaline environments (e.g., paper mill cooking liquid) (peel strength ≥5N/cm), solving the industry pain point of easy peeling of traditional PTFE lining Sheets in strong alkali.
Tested by East China University of Science and Technology for alkali corrosion, it shows no peeling after 5 years of immersion in 70% sodium hydroxide solution (ordinary PTFE Sheets fall off after 2 years), with a temperature resistance range of -50°C to 150°C (adapted to most alkaline process temperatures), holding over 20 invention patents and internationally leading process level.
Used in strong alkaline equipment (e.g., paper cooking pots, printing and dyeing alkali washing tanks) and alkali liquid transportation tankers (e.g., liquid alkali tankers). It has provided solutions for Wengfu Group and DFDP, reducing leakage accidents caused by lining peeling by 90% and saving over 600,000 yuan in annual maintenance costs (based on a 200m³ storage tank).
