1. Equipment opening pre-treatment: The opening of the container must be polished smooth without burrs, and the opening diameter should be 0.5~1mm larger than the outer diameter of the branch port sleeve. 2. Lining welding process: As the core key process, the back of the branch port flange and the PFA/PTFE lining layer on the inner wall of the container must be welded by hot air welding. The welding temperature should be strictly controlled at 320℃~350℃, and the weld width should be no less than 10mm, ensuring that the connection is completely fused into one without gaps or leakage channels. 3. Flange sealing assembly: When the external pipeline flange is docked with the branch port flange, PFA coated gaskets or pure PFA gaskets are preferred. The locking torque should be strictly implemented in accordance with standards to prevent the branch port flange from cracking due to excessive torque, and ensure long-term stable sealing of the sealing surface. 4. Dual quality inspection: After installation is completed, a 5kV/mm spark leak detection is first carried out to check for pinhole defects in the lining layer; then a hydraulic pressure test with 1.5 times the working pressure is carried out, with a pressure holding time of 30 minutes without pressure drop or leakage.
