RANA PTFE lined mixing tank is a material stirring and mixing device, featuring a composite structure of a steel tank body and a PTFE lining. It is equipped with stirring paddles, guide plates, and other components, capable of safely mixing corrosive materials such as acid, alkali solutions, and organic reagents within the temperature range of-40℃ to 200℃. The key feature is the 'wear-resistant' design of the lining —— by enhancing the surface hardness of PTFE, which reduces wear caused by friction between the stirring paddle and the inner wall, thus extending the service life of the equipment.
RANA PTFE lined mixing tank is widely used in chemical formula preparation (such as coatings and adhesives), environmental agent formulation (such as acid neutralizers), and electronic chemical mixing (such as developing solutions).
