RANA modified PTFE lined container is a standardized transport and storage solution. Its outer layer conforms to ISO container dimensions, while the inner layer features an enhanced PTFE lining, specifically designed for the cross-regional transportation of highly corrosive and abrasive media. The key advantage lies in its 'double reinforcement' —— The modified PTFE not only enhances corrosion resistance (increasing its tolerance to concentrated nitric acid from 200℃ to 250℃) but also improves impact resistance (capable of withstanding impact energy exceeding 5J). Together with the steel frame, this design can effectively handle severe conditions such as vibrations and collisions during transportation.
